You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at [Your Number] or email at support@skynav.in with your Order ID. Full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product as per our Return Policy.
After Delivery: Orders cannot be cancelled after delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for post-delivery issues.
