By accessing or purchasing from the SkyNav GPS website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of SkyNav GPS. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Products All GPS tracking devices sold on SkyNav GPS are genuine hardware products. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (18% under HSN 85269100). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.

4. Orders Placing an order on SkyNav GPS constitutes a binding purchase agreement. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters processing and cannot be modified. Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped.

5. Payment SkyNav GPS accepts payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI through our secure payment gateway (CCAvenue). All transactions are encrypted and secure. SkyNav GPS does not store any card or banking details.

6. SIM Card and Subscription Every SkyNav GPS device includes a pre-activated SIM card. The free data subscription period is clearly mentioned on the product page. After the subscription period, renewal charges apply. SkyNav GPS is not responsible for network availability or SIM-related issues caused by the telecom operator.

7. Installation SkyNav GPS devices require basic installation by a local mechanic. SkyNav GPS provides installation guidance via user manual and WhatsApp support but is not responsible for any damage caused during improper installation by third parties.

8. Warranty All products carry a 1-year hardware warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Physical damage, water damage beyond IP rating, and misuse are not covered under warranty.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website including the SkyNav GPS brand name, logo, images, and text is the intellectual property of SkyNav GPS. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability SkyNav GPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
