Refund Process

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos/video of the issue
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
3. If approved, the product must be returned in original condition with all accessories
4. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
5. Refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account)

Refund Amount The full product purchase price will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
